摘要
在阐述广州地铁空间特征的基础上，分析了地铁对广州市商品住宅价格的空间影响和商品住宅分布的空间影响，并提出了未来发展中应注意的问题和有关建议。
Firstly this paper summarizes the spatial features of the houses along the subway in Guangzhou city, then it analyses the spatial impacts on the prices of the houses along the subway. In the following part, the paper analyses the impact on spatial distributions of houses that the subway makes. At last, the paper brings out the problems that it may encounter in the future and gives the correspond proposals.
