摘要
从营造社区氛围、让有线电视和社区大众更紧密地相结合、稳定志愿者队伍等方面，阐述了培养社区意识、建设社区文化的几个有效途径。
This article discusses several effective methods to cultivate community recognition and build community culture: to consolidate the real estate management, create community public space, strengthen the relationship between the cable TV and residents, and finally, to stabilize the community volunteers.
