摘要
结合某设计中的混凝土面板堆石坝,用实际设计数据,模拟面板的施工过程,考虑影响温度及温度应力的各项因素,模拟分析了混凝土面板内温度及温度应力的变化过程,并分析比较了面板下软弱垫层对面板温度应力的影响.结果表明,不考虑库水水温影响时,面板中部会产生较大的拉应力.面板下的软弱垫层能较大幅度地减小温度应力.
In this paper the temperature and thermal stress process in the concrete slab of a concrete face rock-fill dam under design is studied by using design parameters. The main factors that affect the temperature and stress distribution are taken into consideration in the simulation. The effect of cushion layer on reduction of thermal stress is discussed. It is concluded that in the first winter before impounding of the reservoir the large-scale tensile stresses occurred at the middle part of the slab. Installation of cushion layer can reduce the thermal stress significantly.
