肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素-6与心力衰竭患者心功能的关系

The relationship between tumor necrosis factor alpha or interleukin 6 and congestive heart failure

目的 研究心衰患者血清TNFα和IL 6水平 ,观察不同病因和心功能改善后TNFα和IL 6水平变化。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附实验测定 57例心衰患者治疗前后和 2 0例健康体检者血清TNFα和IL 6水平。结果 中重度心衰组患者血清TNFα明显高于对照组和轻中度心衰组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;所有心衰患者血清IL 6水平均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,且中重度心衰患者高于轻中度心衰患者 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;不同病因心衰患者血清TNFα和IL 6水平差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5) ;经治疗心功能改善后 ,中重度心衰组患者血清TNFα和IL 6水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 中重度心衰患者血清TNFα和IL 6水平升高 ,且随着心功能改善而降低 ,细胞因子水平与心衰病因无关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum level of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNFα), interleukin 6(IL 6) and the heart function of patients with congestive heart failure. Methods Serum levels of TNFα and IL 6 in 57 patients with congestive heart failure and 20 healthy people were determined by ELISA. Results Serum level of TNFα in patients with moderate to severe heart failure were higher than those with mild heart failure and healthy people( P <0.01). Serum level of IL 6 in all patients were significantly higher than healthy people( P <0.01), and the level in moderate to severe patients were higher than those in mild to moderate patients( P <0.01). The level of TNFα and IL 6 were similar in patients with heart failure result from different etiology( P >0.05). TNFα and IL 6 levels of mild to moderate heart failure patients decreased after improvement of cardiac function ( P <0.05). Conclusion Serum levels of TNFα and IL 6 in patients with moderate to severe heart failure are higher than healthy people, the levels of these cytokines are not related to the etiology of heart failure.
