CTU-1抗菌内衣抑菌效果的实验观察

Experimental observation on the bacteriostatic effect of CTU - 1 treated underwear

目的 用CTU 1抗菌整理剂处理后的纯棉内衣 ,对其抑菌效果和耐洗性能进行了检测。方法 用Quinn法和印压法。结果 CTU 1抗菌内衣对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果较好 ,洗涤 6 0次后仍可抑菌 98.3% ,对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌抑菌效果分别可抑菌91 .2 %和 89.3%。结论 CTU 1抗菌内衣具有良好抑菌效果 ,洗涤多次后抑菌效果有所降低。

Objective To determine the bacteriostatic effect of CTU 1, an antimicrobial agent treated underwear. Methods Quinn test and carrier test were applied. Results After washed sixty times, CTU 1 treated underwear worked well in bacteriostatic efficacy. The bacteriostatic rate reached 98.3% for Staphylococcus aureus , and 91.2% and 89.3% for Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa respectively. Conclusion CTU 1 treated underwear is good in bacteriostatic efficacy within 60 times of washing, but declines with the washing times increase.
