摘要
目的探讨高温高湿环境下肢体火器伤后热休克蛋白70(HSP70)含量变化的规律。方法将18只犬随机分为高温 高湿组、常温常湿组、热适应组,分别在致伤前及火器伤后l、3、4、6、8、10、14、18、24h检测外周血淋巴细胞和伤道骨骼 肌中HSP70含量。结果淋巴细胞中HSP70含量在高温高湿组的两个高峰分别为伤后4h和l4~l8h;热适应组3h达 到高峰,持续至6h;常温常湿组6h达到高峰。常温常湿组伤道骨骼肌HSP70含量在伤后l4~18h也出现一个增幅不 明显的高峰期。结论 高温高湿环境下肢体火器伤后HSP70含量的变化有其独特的规律。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic change of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) after gunshot wound in the canine limbs in hot and humid environment Methods Eighteen dogs, after gunshot wound in the posterior limbs were induced, were divided into normal environment group (NE), heat acclimatization group (HA) and hot and humid environment (HHE) group. The content of HSP70 in the peripheral blood lymphocytes and in the muscular tissues in the wound tract was measured at different time points after injury. Results HSP70 in the peripheral blood lymphocytes peaked twice at 4h and 14 to 18h after injury respectively in HHE group, and there was one peak at 3 h, lasting till 6h, in HA group. The content of HSP70 reached the maximum 6h after injury in NE group. In the muscular tissues in the wound tract an inconspicuous peak of HSP70 content was observed 14 to 18 h after injury in NE group. Conclusion Differing from normal conditions, hot and humid environment may produce peculiar changes of HSP70 content in dogs after gunshot injuries.
