目的探讨经典性霍奇金淋巴瘤（ｃＨＬ）肿瘤性Ｈ／Ｒ－Ｓ细胞埃泼斯坦－巴尔病毒（ＥＢＶ）潜伏膜蛋白１（ＬＭＰ１）的表 达情况及其意义。方法 采用免疫组化ＳＡＢＣ法对３２例ｃＨＬ进行ＬＭＰ１蛋白表达的检测。结果２０／３２（６２．５％）例ＬＭＰ１ 蛋白表达阳性，在各亚型之间没有显著性差异（Ｘ２＝０．８０９， Ｐ＝０．８４７）。结论ＬＭＰ１蛋白表达有地区差异，在ｃＨＬ亚型间可

Objective: To study the expression of latent membrane protein-1 (LMP1) of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) in H/R-S cells of classic Hodgkin's lymphoma (cHL). Method LMP1 expressions in 32 cases of cHL were detected immunohistochemically with streptavidin-biotin complex (SABC). Results LMP1 expression was detected in 20 (62.5%) cases of cHL, including 8 out of the 11 cases of lymphocyte-rich cHL,l of the 2 cases of nodular schlerosis HL,8 of the 14 mixed cellular HL and 3 of the 5 lymphocyte deletion HL, but no differences were found between each subtype (x2=0.809,P=0.847). Conclusion The expression of LMPl protein may vary geographically, but not between the subtypes of cHL.
