鲜地黄与干地黄中梓醇、糖类成分含量的比较

Comparison of contents of catalpol and sugars in fresh and dried Rehmannia glutinosa

目的 对地黄的干品和鲜品进行梓醇、糖类成分含量的成分比较研究。方法 用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果 地黄中梓醇含量、还原糖和多糖的含量均为鲜品高于干品。

OBJECTIVE: To compare the contents of catalpol, reducing sugar and polysaccharide between fresh and dried Rehmannia glutinosa. METHODS: HPLC method for catalpol and spectrometric method for reducing sugar and polysaccharide were used. RESULTS: The contents of catalpol, reducing sugar and polysaccharide in fresh Rehmannia glutinosa were about one more time higher than that in dried one. CONCLUSION: The differences of contents of three components betweent fresh and dried Rehmannia glutinosa was significant.
