黄斑裂孔的激光治疗与玻璃体切割联合自体浓缩血小板手术治疗的比较

Vision comparison of photocoagulation and vitrectomy with autologous platelet concentrate for the treatment of macular holes

对比激光治疗与手术治疗黄斑裂孔的不同视力结果。方法 :3 0例 3 0眼黄斑裂孔患者行氩激光治疗 ,随诊 3～ 10 8个月 (平均 2 5 .9个月 ) ;4 3例 4 3眼行玻璃体切割术联合自体浓缩血小板手术治疗 ,随诊 3～ 2 3个月 (平均 5 .95个月 )。结果 :激光治疗组术后视力≥ 0 .1者 8眼 ,占 2 6.7% ,术后最好视力 0 .2 ,视力提高 5眼 ,占 16.7% ;手术治疗组术后视力≥ 0 .1者 2 7眼 ,占 62 .8% ,术后最好视力 1.0 ,视力提高 2 6眼 ,占 60 .5 %。结论 :玻璃体切割术联合自体浓缩血小板手术治疗黄斑裂孔的视力明显好于激光治疗黄斑裂孔。

Objective: To compare the vision prognosis of photocoagulation and vitrectomy with autologous platelet concentrate for the treatment of macular holes. Methods: Thirty cases (30 eyes) of macular holes treated with argon laser photocoagulation. The follow-up period was 3-108 months (mean, 25.9 months). Forty-three eases (43 eyes) were performed vitrectomy combined with autologous platelet concentrate to seal the macular holes. The follow-up period was 3-7.3 months (mean, 5.95 months). Results: The post-operative vision of the laser group was 0.1 or more than 0.1 in 8 eyes (26- 7%), the best was 0. 2. Visual acuities were improved in 5 eyes (16.7%). The post-operative vision of the surgery group was 0.1 or more than 0.1 in 27 eyes (62.8%), the best was 1.0. Visual acuities were improved in 26 eyes (60. 5%). Conclusions: The vision prognosis of vitrectomy with autologous platelet concentrate was much better than that of laser photocoagulation for the treatment of macular holes.
