超声乳化术中表面麻醉剂的止痛效果

The effects of topical anesthesia for phacoemulsification

目的 :本文报告 12 0 0例超声乳化白内障手术中表面麻醉的止痛效果。方法 :术中采用 0 .4 % Oxybuprocaine和 0 .4 % Alcaine表面麻醉 ,经巩膜隧道切口完成常规超声乳化手术 ,植入单片式 PMMA硬质人工晶体和三片式折叠式人工晶体。结果 :80 %手术病人术中没有任何疼痛感 ,2 0 %病人 ( 3 65眼次 )在手术不同步骤时有疼痛感 ,其中有 4 9眼 ( 3 .9% ) ,追加球后麻醉。结论 :选择适当病例 ,表面麻醉是白内障超声乳化术中安全有效的麻醉方法。

Objective: To analyze the results of topical anesthesia on 1200 cases of phacoemulsification. Methods: The preferred topical regimen consisted of 0.4% Oxybuprocaine and 0.4% Alcaine. Phacoemulsification was performed through a scleral tunnel incision. The one-piece PMMA or three-piece silicon IOL was implanted. Results: Eighty percent of 1200 cases had not any pain during the surgery. But twenty per cent of them felt pain during different operative stages. There were no complications with the anesthetic technique. Conclusions: Under appropriate case selection, topical anesthesia could be used for phacoemulsification surgery with excellent intraoperative and postoperative results.
