Orbscan与超声角膜测厚仪测量LASIK术前角膜厚度的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :探讨 L ASIK手术治疗屈光不正术前患者的 ORBSCAN( ORB)与超声角膜测厚仪 ( A超 )测量值的相关性 ,并给出术前 A超预测值的回归公式。方法 :分别应用 ORB与 A超测量 74眼 L ASIK术前患者的中央角膜厚度 ,对两组测量值进行配对 t检验、直线相关及回归分析 ,并利用回归方程对 L ASIK术前 A超测量值进行预测。结果 :两组测量值之间有非常显著差异 ( P<0 .0 0 1) ,两者呈密切线性正相关 (相关系数 r=0 .918,T=19.6,P<0 .0 0 1) ,本组资料呈正态分布。结论 :L ASIK术前患者 ORB与超声角膜测厚仪测量值呈线性相关 ,A超预计值 ( μm) =16.5 + 0 .93 *ORB测量值 ( μm) ,ORB预计值 ( μm) =75 .3 4 + 0 .90 8*A超测量值 ( μm) Objective: To compare the data of corneal thickness measured with Orbscan Topography System (ORB) and DGH-4000 ultrasonic pachymetry. Methods: Measurement was assessed in 74 eyes using both ORB and UP. Using Software of SPSS, corneal thickness was compared using paired samples t-test. The relationship between the devices was assessed by analysis of regression (ANOR). Results: In the measurement, the mean values of corneal thickness from different instruments were significantly different (P<0.001). Analysis showed a significant linear regression between the values obtained with the devices (P<0. 001). Conclusions: The values obtained with ORB statistically significantly different and higher for corneal thickness. Regression analysis suggested that the two devices differ by a constant amount.
