摘要
目的 :试制维生素 EC霜 ,观察其质量状况及外用疗效。方法 :将维生素 E、C制成霜剂 ,制订其含量测定方法 ,观察其使用安全性及疗效。结果 :该制剂在 2～ 10℃条件下保存 ,6 m o内保持稳定。临床用于去色素 ,总有效率 92 % (n=2 5 ) ;皮肤瘙痒 ,总有效率 10 0 % (n=34 ) ;多形性日光疹 ,治愈率 10 0 %(n=10 )。结论 :维生素 EC霜在 2～ 10℃保持稳定 。
AIM: To prepare the cream of vitamin E and C, and examine its quality and therapeutic effects by topical applications. METHODS: The cream of vitamin E and C was prepared, and its assay methods were established. Then its stability, safety, and therapeutic use were evaluated in lab and clinic. RESULTS: The cream was stable for 6 mo at 2-10 ℃. Clinical evaluation: the total effective rates for diminishing pigmentation, pruritus, and polymorphic light eruption were: 92% (25 cases), 100% (34 cases) and 100% (10 cases) respectively. CONCLUSION: The cream is stable at 2-10℃, and has a good clinical effect.
