彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜癌的探讨

Study of Colour Doppler US on the Diagnosis of Uterus Endothelial Carcinoma

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。方法 总结 5 4例经病理证实的子宫内膜癌彩色普勒超声所测得的子宫动脉和病灶血流的平均速度、博动指数 (PI)、阻力指数 (RI)及子宫内膜癌在各不同临床分期中的声像图特征。结果 本组病例子宫动脉血流平均速度为 16.4± 9.5cm/s ,PI为 1.3± 0 .6,RI为 0 .67± 0 .2。癌灶内显示的条状、点状血流平均速度为 8.2± 6.2cm/s ,PI为 0 .9± 0 .5 ,RI为 0 .4± 0 .2。在临床分期中 ,Ⅰ期为 61.9% ( 34 /5 4) ,Ⅱ期为 18.5 % ( 10 /5 4) ,Ⅲ期为 11.1% ( 6/5 4) ,Ⅳ期为 18.5 % ( 4/5 4)。结论 彩超对子宫内膜癌的诊断及临床分期可提供有价值的参考资料。

Objective To study the values of colour Doppler US on the diagnosis of uterus endothelial carcinoma.Method To measure the average velocity of uterus artery,pulse index(PI),resistant index(RI)and the staging characteristics of colour Doppler US in 54 cases diagnosed as uterus endothelial carcinoma pathologically.Result The average blood flow speed of uterus artery was 16.4±9.5cm/s,PI was 1.3±0.6 and RI was0.67±0.2. The average velocity of linear and Spotted blood flow within the tamors,PI and RI were 8.2±6.2cm/s,0.9±0.5 and 0.4±0.2 respectively The percentage of clinical stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲand IV were 61.9%(34/54),18.5%(10/54),11.1%(6/54) and 7.4%(4/54) respectively.Conclusion Colour Doppler US can provide reference on the diagnosis of uterus endothelial carcinoma.
