摘要
通过建立轮盘的有限元模型,用有限元计算轮盘的应力与变形,得出轮盘详细的应力分布规律,并与工程中变厚度轮盘应力分析常采用的二次计算法所得结果进行比较,说明了本方法的可靠性,指出了二次计算方法存在的缺陷。通过对轮盘强度计算结果的分析,得到了一些有工程应用价值的结论。
Strength of wheels play an important role during designing and processing. In this paper, the FEM model for wheel is built. By finite element method, the stress and deformation of wheel are calculated and detailed stress pattern of the wheel is obtained. By comparison with the calculation results by generally adopted calculation procedures, a few conclusions are obtained.
