峰态因数指标在齿轮故障振动诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 在分析齿轮几种常见故障及其振动特性的基础上,介绍了信号峰态因数指标用于分析诊断齿轮局部故障的特点,给出数字计算公式和计算中注意的问题。实验分析结果以及应用实例表明,信号峰态因数指标对齿轮局部微小故障反应敏感,可以用于实现齿轮故障的早期识别诊断,与其它时域特征量配合使用,可获得更好的齿轮运行状况的在线监测和故障分析诊断效果。 Based on the analysis of common gear faults and their vibration characteristics the kurtosis factor is introduced to detect local gear faults in earlier stage. The formula to calculate the kurtosis value from digital signals is given. Experiment on gearbox shows that the kurtosis factor is very sensitive to small local faults on gear and therefore is useful for the earlier finding and diagnosis of the local gear faults.
