摘要
介绍了利用虚拟技术改制发动机测试系统的情况。以PC工控机为主控单元、以LabVIEW为软件开发平台研制的发动机测试系统 ,不仅大大减少了各种控制按钮、旋扭及功能切换开关 ,也大大提高了系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力 ,保证了各参数测试的精度和稳定性。虚拟技术在发动机测试系统的应用 ,为发动机的研制生产提供了先进的测试手段 。
This paper introduces the thing that using dummy technology strypped-down testing system of engine. The testing system of engine manufactured by taking pc work control machine as main controlling cell and taking labVIEW as software expoituring flat roof not only greatly reduce diversified controlling button, knob and function switch but also greatly enhance systemic reliability and anti-jamming ability , so it can ensure the precision and stability of every testing parameter. Dummy technology using on testing system of engine have provided advanced testing for the manufacture and production of engine, it also provide gist for dummy technology using on other.
