摘要
分析人力资本投资各主体的收益分配情况 ,以及人力资本投资风险存在的原因 ,是由决策和管理不利造成的 。
The paper has analyzed income distribution of the human capital investment side,and reason of risk from human capital investment.Those reason come from unfavorable decision-making and managing.To control the factors,the paper has put forward suggestion of system that can control the risk of decision-making and managing.
