This paper introduces the development of the work sheet management system in Hebei Southern Power Network, its application, hardware and software basis, functional particulars and etc. It also points out the problems existing in the traditional mode of dispatching work sheet system and their improvement methods. The improved system satisfies the requirements of standardization, normalization, and present situation and future development of the network.
