摘要
文章指出了采用现行超声测厚方法测量锅炉炉内受热面管壁厚存在的问题及其原因 ,并建立了一套高频超声波测量系统 ,用以测量管壁单纯金属层厚度及氧化皮厚度 。
This paper points out the disadvantages of the traditional method for boiler tube thickness measuring, and the causes of the problems. Based on these, a high frequency supersonic measuring system is established, which can be used to measure both the simple metal thickness and the oxide-scale thickness. A calculation formula to determine the minimum theoretical resolution of the system is also given.
