高压加热器对给水温度影响的分析及改造

Effect Analysis of HP Heater upon Feedwater Temperature and its Retrofitting

介绍了连城电厂 2号汽轮机组高压加热器在制造、安装、检修和运行维护中存在的缺陷 ,分析了这些缺陷对高压加热器运行特性和给水温度的影响 ,结合高压加热器结构特点 ,在原有设备基础上进行了改造 ,改造后高压加热器端差减小 ,给水焓升增大、温度提高 。

The paper introduces the defects existed in the manufacture,erection,repair and maintenance of HP heater,No.2 turbine in Liancheng Power Plant.The influence of these defects upon operation character and feedwater temperature is analyzed.The innovation is conducted by combining with the structure character of HP heater.The obvious results are gained,e.g.the pressure difference between both ends of HP heater decreased,enthalpy and temperature of feedwater increased.
