从外护套的防护、绝缘功能及在运行中受到的各种电压作用、现行交接、预试等有关标准及电缆运行中已发生的问题等方面提出了高压和超高压 XL PE绝缘电缆外护套应有的绝缘性能和防水性能 。
Based on the various stresses on cable sheath and insulation, the present standards and problems in operation. Thispaper puts forward the insulation performance and waterproof performance of HV,EHV XLPE cable. It can be referred to formulate the standard.
