讨论在电力市场逐步建立后 ,作为独立法人实体和市场行为主体的火电厂 ,在安全稳定生产的基础上 ,如何面对市场需要 ,采取适当的经济运行方式和灵活的报价方式 ,以争取上网电量的最大化和经济效益的最优化 ,并提出了预测各时段边际电价 (既最高入围电价 )的思路。

This paper discussed the thermopower plant,as a independent corporate person and market entity in power market,how to adapt the demand of market,adopt proper strategy and obtain the great economic benefit.The thoughts on forecasting marginal price were proposed.
