摘要
目的 探讨人参二醇组皂甙 (PDS)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 鼠心异位移植模型。移植心在 4℃缺血 40 min。 86只Wistar老年大鼠分为 3组 :对照组 (n=2 0 ) ,心脏用 4℃ St.Thomas冷晶心肌停搏液进行心肌保护 ;实验组 (n=2 0 )同对照组 ,但停搏液含 PDS40mg/ L,于移植心复跳 30 min、 2 4 h测心肌细胞内钙含量及血清中 CK、CK- MB活力 ;空白组 (n=6) ,阻断腹主动脉及下腔静脉 40 min,上述同时间测定 CK、CK- MB活力。结果 PDS能降低心肌细胞内钙含量 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,降低血清中 CK、CK- MB活力 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 PDS作为 St.

Objective To observe the protective effects of panaxadiol saponins(PDS) on the ischemic myocardial reperfusion injury Methods Heterotopic heart transplantation model in micewas made Transplanted heart was remained ischemic for 40 minite at 4 ℃ 86 mice were divided into 3 groups. The control group( n =20), the heart was protected by 4 ℃ St Thomas plegia The experiment group( n =20) treated the same as the control group, but there were PDS 40 mg/L in the plegia The calcium content in the cell of myocardium and the activity of CK?CK MB in serum of the recepient mice were measured after transplanted heart rebeat 40 minutes and 24 hours The block group( n =6),after the abdominal aortic artery was obstructed for 40 minites, the activity of CK?CK MB in serum of the mice were measured Results PDS can reduce the calcium content in the cell of myocardium ( p <0 01), and the activity of CK?CK MB in thr serum of the recepient mice ( p <0 01) Conclusions The panaxadiol saponins, as an assitant agent in the cardial plegic solution(St Thomas Ⅱ), has protective effects on the ischemic myocardial reperfusion injury
