摘要
目的 比较和选择最佳细胞线粒体定位方法及其适用范围。方法 采用免疫细胞化学、免疫组织化学、荧光免疫细胞化学和活细胞培养法对不同细胞系和癌细胞的线粒体定位方法进行比较。结果 几种线粒体定位方法各有其特征和适用范围 ,但均具很高的特异性。结论 免疫组化法可用于组织中 (即体内 )细胞线粒体的显示 ;免疫细胞化学。
Objective Different methods and utilities of mitochondria loc alization were compared and selected.Methods Mitochondria of di fferent cell lines and tissues were localized in terms of immunocytochemistry, i mmunohistochemistry,fluorescence-immunocytochemistry and cell culturing with Rh odamine123.Results Each of the four methods of mitochondria loc alization has its own properties and using objectives with high speciality.Conclusion Immunohistochemical method can be used for the local ization of mitochondria in tissue cells. Immunocytochemistry,fluorescence-immun ocytochemistry and living cell culturing with Rhodamine123 can be used for local ization of mitochondria in culturing/cultured cells.
