CDK_4在病毒性肝炎肝组织中表达的意义

The significant of expression of CDK_4 in hepatic tissue of virus hepatitios

目的探讨ＣＤＫ４在病毒性肝炎肝组织中表达的意义。方法对６２例病毒性肝炎、肝炎肝硬变及原发性肝癌肝组织进行ＣＤＫ４免疫组化检测。结果ＣＤＫ４阳性物质在病毒性急慢性肝炎间质（包括间质细胞），肝细胞核、肝细胞浆、血窦等部位均有表达；在肝炎肝硬变和原发性肝癌，除间质有分布外，主要表达在肝细胞或癌细胞的胞浆中，细胞核和血窦无表达。结论 病毒性急慢性肝炎肝细胞核中ＣＤＫ４表达增强可能有利于肝组织损伤的修复。

Objective In order to investigate the significant of expression of CDK4 in hepatic tissue of virus hepatitis.Methods CDK4 immunohistochemical methed have been done on 62 cases of virus hepatitis,hepatic cir- rhosis and hepatic tissue of primary carcinoma of liver.Results The results indicated that the positive that the positive elements of CDK4 have expression in virus acute,chronic hepatitis mesenchyme (including interstitial cells).hepatic karyo- plast, hepatic, cytoplasm, and blood sinusoid,the mesenchyme istributed in hepatic cirrhosis and primary carcino- ma of liver.it mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of liver cells or cancer cell, there is no expression in karyoplast and blood sinusoid.Conclusion The strengthen of expression of CDK4 hepatic karyoplast of acute chronic virul hepatitis may be benefit for the repair of injure of hepatic tissue.
