摘要
目的研究病人参与护理模式对外科手术病人的影响。方法将 12 0例病人随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组参与健康决策及力所能及的自理。对照组常规护理。分别于入院时及手术前夜测量两组病人的应激反应 ,并观察病人的配合程度及术后情况。结果实验组病人在手术前夜的焦虑、抑郁和心率、血压均低于对照组 ;实验组病人配合程度及术后各项指标恢复都非常显著地优于对照组。
Objective To study the effect on patient with surgery by patient participated nursing mode.Method 120 cases patients were divided into experiment and control group, experiment group have patient participated health and nursing, control conducted routine nursing. The irritated responsiveness before and after operation were compared between the two group, and the cooperative and status after operation were also observed. Result The incidence of worry,depression, the rate of heart beating and blood pressure in experiment were lower then that of in control group. The degree of cooperative and recovery indicators after operation in experiment group were excelled remarkably than that of in control group.Conclusion The patient participated nursing mode will be helpful in reducing patient’s irritated responsibility and enhance the recovery after operation
