水蛭胶囊治疗脑动脉硬化症40例疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of shuizhi capsule in the treatment of 40 cases with cerebral arterioseler-osis

目的 现察水蛭胶囊治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床疗效。方法 治疗组４０例，口服水蛭胶囊４粒，每日３次；对照组３６例，口服眩晕宁片５片，每日３次。连用４周后统计疗效。结果总有效率治疗组为８７．５０％，对照组为６６．６７％，二组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；２组治疗前后血液流变学变化及血脂指标变化，治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０.０１），与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论 水蛭胶囊治疗脑动脉硬化症疗效确切。

Objective To observe Curative effect of shuizhi capsule on cerebral anteriosclerosis. Methods In the treatment group(n=40) shuizhi Capsule was taken orally,4 capsules, three times a day, and in the control group ( n = 36) Xuanyun ning tablet was taken orally,5 pieces a time. three times a day, with a course of 4 weeks in both groups. Results The total effective rate is 87.50% in the treatment group, while 66.67% in the contral group. According to the statistics, there was significantly differentce between both groups( P <0.05). Conclusions In treating Cerebral arteniosderosis, Shui Zhi Capsule has a reliable Cur-ative effect.
