中西医结合治疗急性淋菌性尿道炎疗效观察

Investigation of TCM combined with Western Medicine on acute gonococcal urethritis

目的 观察中西医结合治疗急性淋菌性尿道炎的临床疗效。方法 １０８例随机分为２组，治疗组５４例，用西药头孢三嗪钠１．０ｇ，每日１次静脉推注，连用３日；口服强力霉素０．１ｇ，每日２次，连服７日；中药用清淋汤，日１剂，水煎服，连服３剂。对照组５４例，静脉滴注青霉素钠盐８００万单位，每日 １次，连用 ６日；口服氟哌酸胶囊 ８００ｍｇ，每日 １次，连用７日。２组均治疗后第８日及第１６日进行复查，评定疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为１００．０％，对照组总有效率为８５．２％；第２次复查尿道分泌物或前列腺按摩液细菌培养阳性率治疗组为１．９％，对照组为２５．９％。２组总有效率及细菌培养阳性率比较均有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０.０１）。结论 中西医结合治疗急性淋菌性尿道炎疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of TCM combined with Western Medicine on acute gonococcal urethritis. Methods 108 patients of cute gonococcal urethritis were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group ( n = 54) Ceftriaxone, doxycycline and Qinglin decoction were utilized and in control group ( n = 54) penicillin and norfloxacium were utilized. A therapeutic course in both groups was 16 days. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (100%) compared with those in control group (85.2%, P <0.01). Positive rate of bacterial culture in secretion of urethra in treat-ment group (1.9%) was significantly lower than that in control group (25.9%, P <0.01). Conclusions TCM combined with Western Medicine can produce a definite effect on the treatment of acute gonococcal ure-thritis.
