魔芋精粉对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用

Hypoglycemic effects of Amorphophallus Konjac in alloxan diabetic rats

目的 :研究魔芋精粉对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用。方法 :给四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠魔芋精粉 1.5 g/(kg.d)。 3.0 g/(kg.d)连续 4周后 ,测定其空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、糖耐量试验以及切片观察胰岛形态。结果 :给药 2周后 ,空腹血糖显著降低 ;4周后糖耐量能力明显增强 ,但对血清胰岛素的影响不大。病理切片结果提示 :胰岛形态、结构明显修复。结论

OBJECTIVE:To observe hypoglycemic effects of Amorphophallus Konjac in alloxan diabetic rats.METHOD:Oral administation of Amorphophallus Konjac 1.5g/(kg.d),3.0g/(kg.d)for 4 weeks in alloxan diabetic rats,the fasting serum glucose,serum insulin and the capability of glucose tolerance were determined and the structure of islands of langerhans was obseived.RESULTS:At the second week the fasting serum glucose level was markedly reduced and at the fourth weekend the capability of glucose toleran was increased and the influence of serum insulin wasn′t significantly in the rats treated by Amorphophallus Konjac.Histopathological studies prompted that the structurte of langerhans islands in the rats was repaired .CONCLUSION:Amprphophallus Konjac has the ability of treating primary and secondary to alloxan diabetic rats
