高效毛细管电泳法测定葛根及其制剂正心泰胶囊中葛根素的含量

Determination of Puerarin in Radix Puerariae and Zhengxintai capsules by HPCE

目的 :测定葛根 (野葛、粉葛 )及其制剂正心泰胶囊中葛根素的含量。方法 :采用高效毛细管电泳法 ,双氯灭痛为内标物。测定条件为 :运行缓冲液 :30 mmol/ L 硼砂缓冲溶液 (PH:9.37) ;操作电压 30 kv,紫外检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :葛根素的线性范围为 10～ 10 0 μg/ ml,葛根的平均回收率为 97.5 3% (RSD:2 .1% ,n=5 ) ;正心泰胶囊平均回收率为 :10 2 .31% (RSD:1.7% ,n= 5 )。结论 :该方法简便、快捷 ,具有良好的精密度、回收率和线性关系 。

OBJECTIVE: To determine Puerarin in Radix Puerariae and Zhengxintai capsules.METHOD:An HPCE method is used. Diclophenac Sodium is used as internal standard. HPCE conditions are: buffer=30 mmol/L (borate, pH=9.37), applied voltage 30kV(positive to negative).UV detector X =254nm. RESULT: The standard curve is linear over the range of 10～100 μg/ml with the correlation coefficient 0.9998. The average recovery is 97.53% (RSD%=2.1%, n=5)for Radix Puerariae and 102.31% (RSD%=l.7%, n=5) for Zhengxintai capsules. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and fast for analysis of Puerarin.
