HPLC测定鼻炎糖浆中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of baicalin in Biyan Tangjiang by HPLC

目的 :建立测定鼻炎糖浆中黄芩苷的 HPL C测定方法。方法 :黄芩苷测定以 KYWG- C1 8为固定相 ,甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (4 7∶ 5 3∶ 0 .2 )为流动相 ,UV检测波长为 2 78nm。结果 :黄芩苷在 0 .0 6～ 0 .0 1m g/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈直线关系。回归方程为 :Y=- 1.46× 10 4+1.98× 10 4X,r=0 .9996 ,平均回收率为 10 2 .91% ,日内和日间 RSD均低于 5 %。结论 :本法测定鼻炎糖浆中黄芩苷的含量简便、准确、快捷 。

OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC method for the baicalin in Biyan Tangjiang.METHOD:Baicalin was separated on KYWG C 18 column and detected at 278 nm,with methanol water phosphoric acid(47∶53∶0.2) as mobile phase.RESULTS:There was good linearity from 0.06 to 0.01 mg/ml(r=0.9996,Y=-1.46×10 4+1.98×10 4X) in separation of baicalin.The average recovery was 102.91%.The inter-day and intra day RSD of Biyan Tangjiang were all less than 5%.CONCLUSION:This method was a simple,rapid and accurate.This study could be as the reference to establish quality standard for Biyan Tangjiang.
