柴葛解肌颗粒剂中葛根素的含量测定

HPLC DETERMINATION OF PUERARIN IN BUPLEURUM-PUERARIAE GRAININESS

目的 :应用高效液相法测定柴葛解肌颗粒剂中葛根素的含量。方法 :在 C1 8柱上以甲醇 -水 (2 5∶ 75 )为流动相 ,用外标法定量。结果 :结果表明 ,葛根素在 0 .0 99μg～ 0 .495 μg范围内与色谱峰面积呈线性关系 ;回归方程为 :Y=40 845 5 40 .5 84X-6 198.2 1,r=0 .9996 ;加样回收率为 98.4% ,RSD=1.5 6 % (n=6 )。结论 :该法简便、准确、灵敏度高 。

OBJECTIVE:Puerarin in Bupleurum puerariae graininess were determined by HPLC.METHOED:A C 18 Column was employed,methanol water (25∶75) was used as mobile phase.RESULT:Puerarin contents between 0.099～0.495 μg range were linear with peak area.The linear equation was Y=40845540.584X-6198.21 and the relative coefficient r is 0.9996,the recovery is 98.4%(RSD=1.56%) (n=6).CONCLUSION:This method is simple,accurate and highly sensitive.
