大环内酯类抗生素的非抗菌作用 被引量:27

摘要 长期低剂量应用大环内酯类抗生素(MA)治疗哮喘、弥漫性全细支气管炎和支气管扩张等慢性炎症性疾病已有较多报道。目前MA的非抗菌作用正日益引起关注。近几年的研究表明,MA除抗菌作用外,还具有通过类似激素样的抗炎机制减轻哮喘症状和降低气道高反应性、抑制气道黏液分泌等非抗菌作用;另外,MA对渗出性中耳炎的作用目前已经肯定,并有报道MA治疗动脉粥样硬化、关节炎和癌症有效,其作用机制尚有待今后进一步研究观察。
