hK2及其相关指标在前列腺癌诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 血清hk2、hk2 /f PSA以及hk/2 (f PSA/t PSA)是一类新的前列腺癌的筛选诊断指标 ,与PSA以及f PSA/t PSA比较 ,对前列腺癌的诊断可能更准确、更具有特异性 ,能使更多的非前列腺癌患者免受前列腺活检之苦。本文就hk2的生物学性质、常用的检测方法以及hk2及其相关指标在前列腺癌诊断中的应用作一综述。
