ITP血小板抗体临床检测的进展 被引量：3

摘要 血小板抗体的检测对免疫性血小板减少的诊断有重要意义。近年来对血小板抗体的本质和靶抗原的研究日益深入 ,新的检测手段也日益发展。流式细胞仪检测血小板相关抗体和血小板膜糖蛋白已成为特发性血小板减少性紫癜的一个新的诊断方法。本文就近年来上述方面的研究进展作一综述。
