对氧磷酸酯酶1的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 对氧磷酸酯酶 1( paraoxonase 1,PON1)是由肝脏合成的 44kD糖蛋白 ,与apoAⅠ紧密结合并固定于HDL颗粒上 ,是一种钙离子依赖性磷酸酯酶。PON1能够阻止脂质过氧化物的生成 ,抑制LDL氧化 ,并能水解氧化性LDL(ox LDL)。PON1酶活性在氧化性脂蛋白增多性疾病如冠心病 (CHD)、2型糖尿病并发大血管病变等疾病中显著下降。PON1基因在 5 4位出现M /L和 192位出现A/B等位基因多态性 ,其B等位基因与L等位基因可能是冠心病及
