应正确把握产业结构的调整

长期以来 ,产业结构失调一直是困扰我国经济发展的老大难问题。随着我国加入 WTO的临近 ,我国产业结构的调整要与经济结构的全面调整相结合 ,使增量调整与存量调整相结合。调整方向应当从适应性调整转为战略性调整 ,从封闭性调整转向开放性调整。

maladjustment of industrial structure has been a knotty problem of long-standing disturbing the economic development of our country. With China's getting closer to WTO, the adjusting style of industrial structure should be oriented to the sound integration with economic structure and with increment and inventory as well. It's direction should also be shifted from the adaptive and close adjustment to the stratigic and open adjustment.
