丹参 甘露醇对肢体缺血再灌注所致远处器官损伤的保护作用 被引量:10

摘要 目的 通过动物实验观察丹参和甘露醇对肢体缺血再灌注所致心、肝、肾、胰损伤的保护作用。方法  15 0只Wistar大鼠随机分成正常对照组、缺血 2h组、缺血 3h组、缺血 3h组用丹参组和缺血 3h用甘露醇组 5个组。实验组于缺血、再灌注 1、2、3和 2 4h取材光镜对比观察。结果 肢体缺血和再灌注后 ,实验组心、肝、肾、胰毛细血管扩张、充血、中性白细胞浸润、细胞变性、组织损伤。用丹参和甘露醇组的病变明显轻于未用药组。 Objective An experimental study to observe protective effect of Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza(RSM)and Mannitol on heart,liver,kideny and pancreas injury after lower limb ischemic reperfusion.Methods One hundred and fifty rats were divided into control group,ischemia 2 hours group,ischemia 3 hours group,ischemia 3 hours group treated with RSM and ischemia 3 hours group with Mannitol.The histological observation of the heart,liver,kideny and pancreas were undertaken at 0,1,2,3 and 24 hours after reperfusion.Result It was found that microvascular congestion,infiltrating of polymorphonuclear nutrophil(PMN),cell degeneration and tissue damages was observed in experimental groups at 0,1,2,3 and 24 hours after reperfusion.There was a significant lessening of these remote organ injury in group treated with RSM and Mannitol.Conclusion RSM and mannitol can alleviat the heart,liver,kideny and pancreas injury after lower limb ischemic reperfusion. [
