创伤性SAH对原发性轻型脑损伤后继发脑损害的影响 被引量:3

摘要 近年来的临床研究发现创伤性SAH可加重中重型脑损伤后的继发性脑损害。创伤性SAH是否也会加重轻、中型脑损伤后的继发损害,我们做了临床观察。 1 临床资料 从1995年2月至1998年2月我们统计350例,轻型脑损伤病人,从中选择128例作为临床研究对象。病例选择标准:入院时神志清楚,GCS 13~15 分,神经系统检查无阳性体征。依据入院时CT扫描和腰椎穿刺检查有无SAH分为二组。分组64例。根据受伤24 h后逐渐出现头痛加重伴恶心呕吐,意识改变及出现神经系统阳性体征,将两组病人进行对照分析,观察创伤性SAH对脑继发性损害和对预后的影响。
