p16 p53 PCNA在胃癌中表达的意义

Significance of Expression of p16 p53 Proteins and PCNA in Gastric Cancer

目的 研究 p16、p5 3、核增殖抗原 (PCNA)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学 S- P法检测 5 4例胃癌组织及 2 0例正常胃粘膜中 p16、p5 3、PCNA的表达。结果 p16和 p5 3在胃癌中的阳性表达率分别为 5 7.4%、48.1% ,PCNA在胃癌中的 GF为 5 4.2 1± 13.4,它们与正常组织相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。胃癌组织 p16、p5 3和 PCNA的表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关 ;胃癌组织中 p16的阳性表达与 p5 3、PCNA之间存在负相关。结论 检测胃癌组织中 p16、p5 3和 PCNA的蛋白表达对判断胃癌的恶性程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有一定价值。

Objective\ To study the relationship between the expression of p16, p53 proteins and PCNA and clinicopathological features. Methods\ The expression of p16 , p53 proteins and PCNA were deteted in 53 cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of normal gastric tissues by SP immunohistochemistry. Restuls\ The postitive rates of p16 and p53 proteins were 57.4% and 48.1% respectively in gastric cancer. The growth fraction(GF) of PCNA was 54.21±13.4 in gastric cancer. Significant difference was seen when compared to normal gastric tissue(P<0.05). The expression of p16 and p53 proteins and PCNA was correlated with the degree of differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. The expression of p16 protein was in negative relationship with p53 protein and PCNA. Conclusions\ The detection of p16 and p53 proteins and PCNA is valuable for evaluating the malignancy degree ,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
