摘要
气体压力控制具有明显的非线性和不确定性 ,特别是小流量压力更是难以精确控制。针对这些问题 ,提出了把智能控制理论应用于气压控制中 ,以解决非线性和不确定性问题。在执行机构中采用高速开关阀 ,以实现小流量压力的精确控制。最后通过对所设计的气压控制系统的实验验证 。
In the system of gas pressure control, it's hard to control little pressure because of the nonlinear and uncertainty. In allusion to these problems,the intelligent control theory to the pneumatic control system is applied,and high speed valves to accurately control little pressure are used.As a result,satisfactory effect is gained.
