摘要
建立了基于多微处理器的管道全位置焊接自动控制系统 ,描述了其系统结构、工作原理和软件设计。通过串行通信 ,PLC和单片机之间实现了对焊接参数的协调控制。还介绍了串行通信的硬件电路、PLC系统设置和系统抗干扰措施等。实验表明 ,该系统运行可靠 ,能有效提高生产效率 。
Based on multi microcomputer,the automatic control system of pipeline all position welding process is developed.The system structure,working principle and software design are described.By serial communication,the cooperative control of welding parameters is realized between PLC and microcontroller.The hardware circuit of serial communication,PLC system configuration and the anti jamming measure are also introduced. Experiments show that the system is reliable and can improve production efficiency,and has important engineering value and widely application foreground.
