摘要 先进制造模式对工艺设计提出了过程管理的要求 .基于工作流技术和软件 Agent技术 ,设计了一个能有效实现过程管理的计算机辅助工艺设计系统 .通过对工艺流程的分析 ,建立了形式化的工艺工作流模型 ,在此基础上 ,定义了包括过程、意向、技能、熟人等模型的实现工作流运行的软件 Agent模型 ,构造了可嵌套的 Agent联邦结构 ,增强了系统的灵活性 .上述关键技术在自主开发的商品化软件 GS- CAPP中得以实现 . To implement advanced manufacturing technologies in enterprises, it is necessary to realize process management in the computer aided process planning(CAPP) system. Based on workflow management and software agent technology, a process workflow system is designed that is used to support process management. After the analysis of the workflow of process planning, a formal workflow model is built. An agent model composed of process model, intention model, skill model and companion model is also put forward to implement workflow management. A nested agent federation is constructed to enhance system flexibility. The key technologies of the system were realized in GS-CAPP and good results were achieved.
