摘要
根据宝钢CM 12机组正硅酸钠清洗系统的需要 ,设计了超声波浓度测量系统和模糊 /PID复合控制器。进行了系统分析、理论建模和仿真实验。该系统由于溶液重复使用 ,具有自身特有的大惯性和大滞后 ,且有一定的时变性。实际应用表明这种测试和控制方法效果良好。
In this paper an ultrasonic wave based NaSiO 3 solution density meter and intelligent control system of steel strip washing equipment are presented. The system analysis, theoretical modeling and simulation are given. The result shows that the washing process is a large-deadtime, large inertia and time-variable system. Using PI and fuzzy method, the density of NaSiO 3 solution is controlled in a limited scope.
