摘要
本文简单介绍了OMT方法学的建模方法,并应用这种技术解决了某企业人力资源管理信息系统中的工资奖金管理子系统建模与设计问题,通过所建立的模型在实际项目中成功地实现,充分体现了OMT方法的实用性、灵活性和完整性。
This paper introduces the principle concept and approach of OMT.and applies them to the system modeling and designing in salary and prize management subsystem of a human resources management information system in enterprise. The successful realization of the established model in the actual project fully reflects the utility, flexibility and completeness of OMT.
