摘要
LVDS高速 I/O接口单元是减小当前 CMOS工艺芯片内外速度差异的重要电路。本文着重分析了几种 L VDS I/O接口单元的基本电路结构及其工作原理 ,并同时给出了用 HSPICE工具进行模拟验证的结果。
High speed LVDS I/O interface cells are important circuits to diminish the difference of speed between the inside and the outside of current CMOS chips.In this paper,a few basic circuits of LVDS I/O interface cells and how they work are discussed in detail,and the results of simulation using HSPICE tools are also presented.
