摘要
本文利用数值传热学基本原理 ,开发了通用 ASIC器件流场及温度场计算程序。在此基础上 ,对 ASIC器件的热设计技术作定量分析 。
In this paper,we developed a program to calculate the fluid and temperature field of ASIC.Based on this,we perform a quantitative analysis of the thermal design of ASIC and give out the relationship between structural factors of devices and thermal resistance.
