摘要
该文展示了一个 Internet环境下的集成电路虚拟制造环境 Vir MIC.着重于系统的三个核心模块 ,即电路性能仿真与成品率优化模块、工艺线仿真与调度模块和产品决策模块 .电路性能仿真与成品率优化模块 ,建立了一个基于 OO- DCE的技术 CAD环境 ,以这个环境为依托 ,通过协调效益和成品率进行工艺流程的可制造性优化设计 ;工艺线仿真与调度模块以一定的工艺流程和制造系统配置为基础 ,建立制造系统 Petri网模型 ,从而进行系统性能仿真和生产调度 ,对制造系统的整体性能进行优化 ;产品决策模块以前两个模块为基础 ,对如何选择合作伙伴 ,如何在合作伙伴之间分配用户提交的制造负荷 ,为构成“虚拟企业”提供指导性信息 .以上三个模块构成了 Vir-MIC系统的功能核心 .
This paper presents an Internet-based system, VirMIC, for virtual manufacturing of integrated circuits, in which products design, production planning/scheduling and partner selection are integrated. The function kernel of VirMIC consists of three modules, the module for the simulation and optimization of circuit performances and yield, the module for the simulation and scheduling of manufacturing system, and the module for product decision support system. In the first module, with the help of an underlying object oriented distributed computation environment constructed based on CORBA, a visual TCAD environment is constructed for design of a process flow considering the tradeoffs among yield, performances and profit in a controllable way. The second module is mainly responsible for design and optimization of the performance of manufacturing system. Providing simulation and optimization abilities, the module can help engineers to obtain the desired performance of manufacturing system and optimized production scheduling among partners. Above two modules supply a platform for an enterprise to demonstrate their design abilities and manufacturing capacities to customers and other potential partners. With the abilities supported by the previous two modules, the last module is developed for the optimal selection of partners based on multi-criteria tradeoff analysis for the formation of a virtual enterprise in response to a certain market opportunity.
