市场经济条件下国有企业统计改革的新思路

A New Way in the Statistical Reform of the State-owned Enterprises under the Market Economy

目前国有企业统计仍停留在报表型、封闭型、为上级统计部门服务的水平上 ,已不能满足市场经济条件下国有企业健康发展的要求。新形势下企业统计应该是以企业为核心 ,以市场为依托 ,能为多方面提供服务的外向型。

At present, the statistical work of the state-owned enterprises still remains closed , excises its function as reports and provides service for the higher offices, which cannot satisfy the requirement in the development of the state-owned enterprises under the market economy. Under the new economic condition, the statistical work of enterprises is supposed to be centered on enterprises and based on market so that it will become an open and comprehensive consultation center in providing services for all concerned.
