摘要
20世纪 8 0年代至 90年代中期 ,我国乡镇企业曾经较长时期呈高速增长态势。但是 ,“九五”以来 ,我国乡镇企业增长速度却出现明显回落的态势。究其原因 ,既有外部条件变化的原因 。
From 1980s to mid 1990s, the number of township enterprises in China achieved a rapid growth. However, since the Ninth Five-year Plan, the high growth rate has turned into a striking decline. This can be attributed to the changes of external conditions, and the problems arising from the enterprises.
